About this Meal
This is a wonderful traditional Italian recipe. Succulent boneless skinless organic chicken thighs are slow cooked in tomato sauce, red wine, a mix of mushrooms and basil, all served over a bed of spaghetti and topped with Parmesan cheese.
Put the chicken thighs and vegetables in the crock-pot in the morning, and at dinner time you'll come home to a wonderful smelling kitchen; and you'll just boil the spaghetti (or add them to the crock-pot) and dinner will be ready in a few minutes. 2 pans.
