About this Meal

As good as the vegetarian version, but with sliced links of a spicy chorizo! And you still might need to go to Little Havana for something as good - slow-cooked black beans simmered in our own sofrito (a combination of red and green bell peppers, onions and garlic), plus slices of chorizo, finished with a sweet/sour sauce of white wine vinegar and honey. Top this with a sprinkle of Cotija cheese, and you've got yummy goodness. 

Preparation

Just simmer this dish on the stove top for about 30 minutes and dinner's ready.      1 pan
