About this Meal
The sweet honey-soy sauce counter balances the wasabi in this delicious dish. The wild caught salmon (sockeye or coho) is marinated in a mirin-ginger marinade, and served with the two sauces, broccoli, and brown Basmati rice. Perfect on the grill or stovetop!
Broil the salmon, simmer the honey ginger sauce and heat up the pre-cooked rice, and dinner will be ready in 25 minutes or less. 3 pans.
