We've combined kale, which is rich in phyto-chemicals, with blueberries, to give a super boost of antioxidants. It tastes awesome sauteed and of course, it's really good for you!
Saute the kale for a few minutes in a sauce pan until it gets tender, then add a dash of balsamic vinegar, and salt and pepper for extra flavor.
