About this Meal

Kitchari is a high protein, nourishing, and easily digestible meal in Ayurvedic cooking made with mung beans and brown basmati rice. This Spring Season version includes kale, baby spinach, onions, ginger, turmeric, cumin, fennel seed, coriander and toasted sesame oil. Red Chili Flakes are on the side for those of you that want to heat it up a bit. Simple. Healthy. Delicious.
