About this Meal
The PotBellied Chef's authentic version of a Louisiana classic, still slow-cooked to perfection! Naturally, he uses the "trinity" (celery, bell peppers and onions) with Continental Sausage andouille sausage and chicken thighs simmered with tomatoes and a touch of the PotBellied Chef's special spice mix. Served over long grain brown rice.
Cook on the stovetop for ~ 45 minutes and dinner will be ready shortly! 1 pan
