Back by popular demand! A succulent mix of beautiful mushrooms (including shiitake, cremini, lions mane or oyster - whatever we can get our hands on!) chopped and mixed with roasted red peppers, capers, kale, and sprinkled with balsamic vinegar, chopped rosemary and vegan Mozzarella cheese. Served sandwiched between home-made (and vegan) mashed potatoes.
Comfort food at its best - sharable with everyone...even though you won't want to share it!
This is an awesomely flavored casserole type dish (pan provided). Just pop it in the oven - dinner will be ready in 30-40 minutes.
Shiitake, cremini and/or oyster mushrooms, garlic, onion, roasted red pepper, balsamic vinegar, capers, rosemary, extra virgin olive oil, *vegan Mozzerella cheese, kale, potatos, sea salt, black pepper, coconut milk, *soy-free natural buttery spread.
