About this Meal
This wonderful Thai curry dish with tofu bursts with flavor. The tofu is marinated and cooked in a rich coconut & green curry sauce with cilantro, tomatoes, kafir lime leaves and served with brown Basmati rice.
Saute the tofu and the coconut & green curry sauce, warm up the rice, and dinner will be ready in 20 minutes or less. 2 pans.

Tofu, peanut oil, yellow onions, green onions, green curry paste (contains shrimp), unsweetened coconut milk, vegetable broth, low sodium tamari, brown sugar, tomato, cilantro, kaffir lime leaves, lime juice, brown Basmati rice.
