A vegetarian version of an Indian colonial classic that is now VEGAN FRIENDLY! Diced tofu simmered in a tasty sauce of coconut yogurt, tomatoes, ginger and our own blend of spices! A quick, easy and very flavorful dinner!
Simmer the tofu and the Tikka Masala sauce, warm up the rice, and dinner will be ready in 20 minutes or less. 2 pans
